As a luxury bridal boutique serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland brides, we believe every bride deserves individualized attention, expert guidance, and a gown that reflects her unique style and story.
As the exclusive Barbara Kavchok flagship boutique in the region, we offer handcrafted wedding dresses, exclusive designer collections, and the opportunity to customize any gown—or create a completely custom wedding dress from scratch. Through direct collaboration with designer Barbara Kavchok, brides can bring their vision to life without compromise.
While we're inspired by innovation and the evolving world of bridal fashion, our mission remains the same: to honor each bride's vision and create a memorable experience from the first appointment to the final fitting.

From broadcasting to bridal, executive leadership to entrepreneurship, Miriam found her soliloquy when she followed her passion for helping brides celebrate life's most meaningful moments.
Drawn to the artistry, craftsmanship, and emotion behind every wedding dress, Miriam envisioned a different kind of bridal boutique—one that felt personal, intimate, and centered entirely around the bride. After a successful 23-year career in broadcasting and executive operations, she took a leap of faith and opened Soliloquy Bridal Couture, a luxury bridal boutique serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland brides.
Today, as the owner of Soliloquy and the exclusive Barbara Kavchok flagship boutique in the region, Miriam is dedicated to creating an elevated bridal experience where every bride feels celebrated, supported, and inspired. Her mission remains simple: to help each bride find a wedding dress that reflects her unique style, story, and vision.
